115. דמי מפתח במקרה של צו דיור
ניתן צו דיור כמשמעותו בחוק להסדר תפיסת מקרקעים בשעת חירום, תש״י–1949, זכאים בעל הבית והדייר היוצא של המושכר שלגביו ניתן הצו, לקבל מאת הרשות שנתנה את הצו את חלקם בדמי המפתח העשויים לינתן בעד המושכר; אולם אם קיבל הדייר היוצא מהרשות דיור חלוף, זכאי רק בעל הבית לחלקו בדמי המפתח והדייר היוצא לא יהיה זכאי לחלקו בדמי המפתח.
