12. נכס שהוחזר על־פי הסכם
נכס שהוחזר לבעל הבית אחרי תשכ״ח שלא בנסיבות המפורטות בסעיפים 10 או 11, מכוח הסכם בכתב בין בעל הבית לבין הדייר, באישור בית המשפט או בית הדין – לא יחול חוק זה על שכירותו כל עוד לא הושכר בדמי מפתח; שר המשפטים יקבע בתקנות סדרי דין בהליכים לאישור הסכם כאמור בסעיף זה.
