13. סייג לאי תחולה
האמור בסעיפים 9 עד 12 לא יחול, אם הנכס שמדובר בו באותם סעיפים אינו יחידה בפני עצמה, וכל היחידות שהנכס קשור בהן מושכרות בשכירות שחוק זה חל עליה; לענין זה, יחידה בפני עצמה היא, בדירה – אם יש לה כניסה נפרדת, מטבח נפרד ושירותים נפרדים, ובבית עסק – אם אין לו כניסה משותפת עם בית עסק אחר.
