126. איסור דמי מפתח לגוף מאושר
גוף מאושר אסור לו לקבל או לתת, בקשר לשכירות של מושכר, לקבלת החזקה בו או להחזקתה, כל תמורה שאינה דמי־שכירות, בין שהוא מקבל תמורה זו מאת הדייר המפנה את המושכר או נותנה לו ובין שהוא מקבלה מאת הדייר השוכר את המושכר או מקבל החזקה בו.
