127. אסור דמי מפתח לדייר מפנה ולדייר נכנס
דייר המפנה מושכר של גוף מאושר אסור לו לקבל כל תמורה בקשר לפינוי המושכר, ודייר הנכנס למושכר כזה אסור לו לתת, בקשר לשכירות המושכר או לקבלת החזקה בו, כל תמורה שאינה דמי שכירות.
