136. ביטול זכות לשימוש משותף
דייר המחזיק בחלק מדירה ומשתמש שימוש משותף עם בעל הבית במטבח או בחדרי שירות, רשאי בית המשפט לבטל זכותו של הדייר לשימוש משותף זה, אם מובטח לדייר סידור חלוף ונסיבות הענין מצדיקות להפסיק את השימוש המשותף.
