6. שכירות למטרות פרסומת או ראווה
שכירות שבאה במטרה להציג דברי פרסומת או ראווה בלבד, לא יחול חוק זה עליה; אולם כששכירות של מושכר כוללת זכות להציג דברי פרסומת או ראווה במושכר או בחצרו, דין זכות זו, לענין חוק זה, כדין הזכות במושכר.
