7. שכירות בבית אירוח
(א)שכירות בבית מלון, בפנסיון או בבית אירוח אחר, לא יחול חוק זה עליה.
(ב)סעיף זה אינו גורע מתחולת חוק זה על שכירות למטרת ניהול של עסקי אירוח.
