80. דין בני משפחה שהיו לדיירים לענין סעיפים 75 ו־77
היה הדייר היוצא אדם שהיה לדייר לפי סעיפים 20 עד 26 או 27, יראו, לענין חישוב תקופת ההחזקה, את התקופה שבה החזיק במושכר הדייר שלפניו או שלפני שלפניו (להלן – הדייר הקודם) כחלק מן התקופה שבה החזיק במושכר הדייר היוצא, ולענין סעיפים 77 ו־113(ב) יראו דמי מפתח שנתנו דייר או דייר משנה קודמים כדמי מפתח שנתנו הדייר או דייר המשנה היוצאים.
