(א)הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטה שנתנה הקרן על פי חוק זה, רשאי לערור עליה בפני בית משפט השלום שבאזור מגוריו.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע תקנות סדרי דין לענין סעיף זה.
