(א)(בוטל).
(ב)השר ימנה את ההנהלה הראשונה תוך ארבעה חודשים מיום קבלתו של חוק זה בכנסת.
(ג)ההנהלה תקבע את תקנון הקרן תוך שלושה חודשים מיום מינויה.
