9ו. צווים לעניין מעסיק ציבורי גדול
תיקון: תשע״ו, תשפ״ד־2
(א)שר העבודה רשאי לשנות, בצו, את התוספת הרביעית, ובלבד שלא יוסיף אלא תנאים לעניין אוכלוסיות שיש קושי בשילובן בשוק העבודה.
(ב)שר העבודה רשאי לקבוע, בצו, לגבי מעסיק ציבורי גדול או מקום עבודה מסוים בו, או לגבי סוגים של מקומות עבודה בו, כי לעניין סעיף 9ב(ב) לא יובאו במניין עובדים בתפקידים מסוימים שיקבע, בשל אופיו ומהותו של התפקיד.
