21. חובת הכשרה חקלאית
תיקון: תשמ״ז־2 [16]
(א)שר הבטחון רשאי, באישור ועדת החוץ והבטחון של הכנסת, לקבוע בתקנות כי תקופה שלא תעלה על שנים עשר החדשים הראשונים לשירותו הסדיר של יוצא צבא תוקדש, לאחר אימון צבאי ראשוני, להכשרה חקלאית או הכשרה חלוצית אחרת.
(ב)בתקנות כאמור רשאי שר הבטחון לקבוע גם את ענפי המשק שהכשרה בהם יראו כהכשרה חקלאית או הכשרה חלוצית אחרת, וכן את הסדרים והמשטר שינהגו בהכשרה כאמור.
