22. שמירה על גרעינים התיישבותיים
תיקון: תשמ״ז־2 [17]
(א)שר הבטחון יתקין תקנות שתכליתן לשמור, תוך כדי ביצוע הוראות פרק זה, על שלמותם של גרעינים התיישבותיים.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 21 אין כוחן יפה לגבי חברים לגרעין התיישבותי שחלות עליו תקנות שהותקנו על־פי סעיף קטן (א), פרט לחברי גרעין כזה הנשלחים להתאמן או לשרת בתפקידים פיקודיים של שירות בטחון ובתנאי שמספרם, ביחס ליתר חברי הגרעין, לא יעלה על האחוז שנקבע בתקנות.
