11. סיום חוזה הזכיון
תיקון: תשנ״ח
הסתיים חוזה הזכיון, בשל הפרה או בשל סיבה אחרת, קודם לסיום התקופה הקבועה בו, יפעלו השר ושר האוצר, באישור הממשלה, למתן זכיון לבעל זכיון חדש, ליתרת התקופה; עד לבחירת בעל זכיון חדש, ולא יאוחר משלוש שנים מן המועד שבו הסתיים כאמור חוזה הזכיון, תהיה הממשלה רשאית לגבות אגרה ודמי גביה, בשיעורים ובתנאים שלפיהם היה רשאי בעל הזכיון לגבותה.
