7. סמכויות בעל הזכיון
תיקון: תשנ״ח
לבעל הזכיון יהיו נתונות, לענין הפעלת כביש האגרה, הסמכויות הבאות –
(1)סמכות של רשות תימרור מקומית כמשמעותה בפקודת התעבורה;
(2)סמכויות להצבה, להפעלה ולהחזקה של מיתקנים ומכשירים לגביית אגרה;
(3)סמכות לגבות אגרה באמצעות תג חיוב או אמצעים אחרים, וכן סמכות לגבות דמי גביה, פיצוי והחזר הוצאות, הכל לפי הוראות חוק זה וחוזה הזכיון.
