תיקון: תשע״ו־2
בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 8א לחוק העמותות, התש״ם–1980 (בחוק זה – חוק העמותות), ומהוראות סעיף 345ד לחוק החברות, התשנ״ט–1999 (בחוק זה – חוק החברות), בכל מסמך, שילוט או פרסום היוצא מטעמו, יציין ארגון הסטודנטים היציג, בצד שמו, את הסיומת ”ארגון הסטודנטים הארצי היציג“; גוף שבוטלה הכרה בו כארגון הסטודנטים היציג וכל גוף אחר שלא הוכר כאמור, לא יציג את עצמו, בכל דרך, כארגון הסטודנטים היציג.
