11ה. שמירת סמכויות
תיקון: תשפ״ה־2
אין בהוראות סעיפים 11ב ו־11ג כדי לגרוע מסמכותו של שר הפנים להרחיק מסתנן למדינתו או למדינה אחרת לפי כל דין או מהסמכות להחזקת מסתנן במשמורת לפי כל דין, ואין בהוראות כאמור כדי להעניק למסתנן מעמד או זכויות שלא היו לו אלמלא הוראות אלה.
