תיקון: תשפ״ו־4
הכנסה מאגרה לפי סעיף 14(א)(4א) בעד הגשת בקשה לאישור מסע אלקטרוני, תשמש את רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה לשם פעולותיה לפי סעיף 14(א)(2); לעניין זה, ”אישור מסע אלקטרוני“ – אישור הניתן לאדם המבקש רישיון לישיבת ביקור מסוג ב/2 והפטור מהוראות החוק בדבר חובה של אשרת ביקור מסוג ב/2 עד שלושה חודשים, בהתאם להוראות לפי סעיף 17(ב).
