תיקון: תשס״א־4
(א)שר הפנים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)שר הפנים ימנה קציני ביקורת הגבולות וממונים על ביקורת הגבולות לענין חוק זה מקרב עובדי משרדו, או מקרב עובדי המדינה במשרד אחר, לרבות מקרב שוטרי משטרת ישראל, בהסכמת השר הממונה על המשרד; הודעה על מינויים לפי סעיף קטן זה תפורסם ברשומות.
