3ב. הארכת אשרות ורישיונות ישיבה לזכאי שבות
תיקון: תשע״ב
(א)בסעיף זה, ”זכאי שבות“ – מי שזכאי לאשרת עולה או לתעודת עולה לפי חוק השבות, התש״י–1950.
(ב)על אף הוראות סעיף 3(2), שר הפנים רשאי להאריך רישיון לישיבת ביקור שניתן לזכאי שבות, ובלבד שסך כל תקופות ההארכה לא יעלה על חמש שנים.
(ג)על אף הוראות סעיף 3(3), שר הפנים רשאי להאריך רישיון לישיבת ארעי שניתן לזכאי שבות, ובלבד שתקופת כל הארכה לא תעלה על חמש שנים.
