7. תחנות גבול
תיקון: תשכ״ו, תשס״א, תשע״ח־4
לא ייכנס אדם לישראל ולא ייצא ממנה, בין שהוא אזרח ישראלי ובין שאיננו אזרח ישראלי, אלא באחת מתחנות הגבול שקבע שר הפנים בצו שפורסם ברשומות, ולאחר שהתייצב שם לפני קצין בקורת הגבולות או בקר גבולות והציג לפניו דרכון, תעודת מעבר או תעודה אחרת שהוציא למטרה זו שר הפנים, בני־תוקף; שר הפנים רשאי לפטור אדם מהוראות סעיף זה, אם יש נסיבות מיוחדות המצדיקות זאת לדעתו.
