177. בעל מניה בחברה ציבורית
תיקון: תשע״ו־2
בעל מניה בחברה ציבורית הוא אחד מאלה:
(1)מי שלזכותו רשומה אצל חבר בורסה מניה ואותה מניה נכללת בין המניות הרשומות במרשם בעלי המניות על שם חברה לרישומים;
(2)מי שרשום כבעל מניה במרשם בעלי המניות;
(3)(בוטלה).
