195. תגובת החברה
חברה שקיבלה דרישה רשאית לפעול באחת הדרכים הבאות:
(1)לבצע פעולה או לקבל החלטה אשר כתוצאה ממנה נשמטת עילת התביעה;
(2)לדחות את דרישת התובע בנימוקים שיפורטו בהחלטתה;
(3)להחליט על הגשת תביעה.
