200א. שכר טרחת עורך דין בתביעה נגזרת
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)בית המשפט יקבע את שכר הטרחה של עורך הדין שייצג את התובע בתביעה הנגזרת; עורך הדין לא יקבל שכר טרחה בסכום העולה על הסכום שקבע בית המשפט.
(ב)שכר הטרחה ישולם על ידי החברה אלא אם כן קבע בית המשפט, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו, כי על התובע לשלם את שכר הטרחה.
