תיקון: תשס״ח־2
דירקטור שחדל להתקיים לגביו תנאי הדרוש לפי חוק זה לכהונתו כדירקטור או שמתקיימת לגביו עילה לפקיעת כהונתו כדירקטור יודיע על כך מיד לחברה, וכהונתו תפקע במועד מתן ההודעה.
