23. חתימה על התקנון
תיקון: תש״ף־2
(א)התקנון ייחתם בידי בעלי המניות הראשונים ויצויינו בו המניות המוקצות להם וכן שמו, מענו ומספר הזהות של כל בעל מניה.
(ב)עורך דין יאמת את זהות החותמים על התקנון או שהיא תאומת בדרך מקוונת כפי שייקבע בתקנות.
