236. יחיד המכהן מטעם התאגיד
(א)תאגיד המכהן כדירקטור ימנה יחיד הכשיר להתמנות לדירקטור בחברה, לכהן מטעמו, ורשאי הוא להחליפו, והכל בכפוף לחובותיו כלפי החברה.
(ב)שמו של יחיד המכהן מטעם התאגיד יירשם במרשם הדירקטורים, כמי שמכהן מטעם התאגיד.
(ג)על יחיד המכהן מטעם תאגיד ועל התאגיד, יחולו החובות החלות על דירקטור, יחד ולחוד.
