249א. דירקטור חיצוני בחברה שהפכה לחברה פרטית שאינה חברת איגרות חוב
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשע״א־4
(א)מיום הפיכתה של חברה ציבורית או חברה פרטית שהיא חברת איגרות חוב לחברה פרטית שאינה חברת איגרות חוב לא יחולו הוראות סימן זה על מי שמכהן או על מי שכיהן בחברה כדירקטור חיצוני.
(ב)לא החליטה החברה בדבר המשך כהונתו של הדירקטור, תיפסק כהונתו בתום שלושה חודשים מיום הפיכת החברה לחברה פרטית שאינה חברת איגרות חוב.
