276. גילוי ענין אישי
בעל מניה המשתתף בהצבעה לפי סעיף 275 יודיע לחברה לפני ההצבעה באסיפה או, אם ההצבעה היא באמצעות כתב הצבעה – על גבי כתב ההצבעה, אם יש לו ענין אישי באישור העסקה אם לאו; לא הודיע בעל מניה כאמור, לא יצביע וקולו לא יימנה.
