313. הוראות מעבר
מניות פדיון שהוקצו בהתאם לסעיף 141 לפקודת החברות, כנוסחה ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, ייחשבו חלק מהונה של החברה, וניתן יהיה לפדותן כפוף להוראות פרק זה, בתנאים ובדרך שנקבעו בתקנון.
