317. הודעה לרשם החברות
(א)חברה מתמזגת תמציא את הצעת המיזוג לרשם החברות בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד זימון האסיפה הכללית.
(ב)חברה מתמזגת תודיע לרשם החברות על החלטת האסיפה הכללית, בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד קבלת ההחלטה, תודיע על מתן הודעות לנושים לפי סעיף 318, וכן תמציא לרשם עותק של החלטת בית המשפט לפי סעיפים 319 או 321, בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד מתן החלטה כאמור.
