32. ציון מטרות החברה בתקנון
חברה תציין את מטרותיה בתקנונה על ידי קביעה של אחת ממטרות אלה:
(1)לעסוק בכל עיסוק חוקי;
(2)לעסוק בכל עיסוק חוקי למעט בסוגי עיסוקים שפורטו בתקנון;
(3)לעסוק בסוגי עיסוקים שפורטו בתקנון.
