342ט. פרסום הודעה על הגשת בקשה ומשלוח העתק ממנה
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)המגיש בקשה לצו פירוק יפרסם הודעה לציבור על הגשת הבקשה, בדרך ובמועד שיקבע השר; פרסום כאמור יכלול מידע לעניין מועד הדיון בבקשה והמועד האחרון להגשת התנגדויות לבקשה.
(ב)הוגשה בקשה לצו פירוק שלא בידי החברה, ישלח המבקש עותק ממנה לחברה מיד לאחר הגשתה.
(ג)כל אדם העלול להיפגע ממתן צו הפירוק רשאי לקבל מהמבקש העתק מהבקשה לצו פירוק.
