342יג. הודעה על מתן צו פירוק לרשם ופרסום הודעה לציבור
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)מיד עם מתן צו הפירוק, ישלח הנאמן העתק ממנו לרשם, והרשם ירשום על כך הערה.
(ב)הודעה על מתן צו הפירוק תפורסם לציבור בדרך ובמועד שיקבע השר, ורשאי בית המשפט להורות על המצאת הודעה על מתן הצו לגורמים שיורה ובדרך שיורה.
