345נב. מיזוג קרנות לתועלת הציבור
תיקון: תשע״ד־3
(א)הוראות סעיף 345טז יחולו לגבי קרן, ואולם קרן תהיה רשאית להתמזג רק עם קרן אחרת.
(ב)במיזוג בין קרן משפחתית לבין קרן בניהול פרטי, תהיה חברת היעד הקרן בניהול פרטי; במיזוג בין קרן משפחתית או קרן בניהול פרטי עם קרן בניהול ציבורי, תהיה חברת היעד הקרן בניהול ציבורי.
