349. עונשין
חברת חוץ שהפרה את הוראת סעיף 346(א) דינה ודין כל נושא משרה או שלוח שלה, שהיה שותף להפרה – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977, ובהפרה נמשכת, קנס נוסף כאמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק האמור לכל יום שבו נמשכת ההפרה, מהיום שהחברה קיבלה הודעה מאת רשם החברות.
