36. מינוי וכשירות הרשם וסגנו
(א)השר ימנה עובד המדינה, הכשיר לכהן כשופט של בית משפט שלום, להיות רשם החברות, והוא יעמוד בראש לשכת רישום החברות.
(ב)השר רשאי למנות עובד המדינה כסגן לרשם החברות ולהסמיכו בסמכויות הרשם.
(ג)נבצר מן הרשם למלא את תפקידו רשאי השר להסמיך עובד משרד המשפטים בסמכויות הרשם, כולן או מקצתן.
