40. תוקף מותנה ברישום
תיקון: תשס״ז־2
לפעולות החברה המפורטות להלן לא יהיה תוקף אלא אם כן נרשמו –
(1)שינוי שם חברה לפי הוראות סעיף 31;
(2)שינוי מטרות חברה;
(3)שינוי תקנון שבעקבותיו הופכת חברה לחברה לתועלת הציבור, כאמור בסעיף 345ב(ג).
