48. סמכויות האורגנים
(א)לאסיפה הכללית יהיו הסמכויות המפורטות בסימן א׳ של הפרק השני.
(ב)לדירקטוריון יהיו הסמכויות המפורטות בסימן א׳ של הפרק השלישי.
(ג)למנהל הכללי יהיו הסמכויות המפורטות בפרק הרביעי.
(ד)לכל האורגנים בחברה נתונות כל סמכויות העזר הדרושות להפעלת סמכויותיהם.
