62. כינוס אסיפה שנתית על ידי בית המשפט
(א)לא התקיימה אסיפה שנתית כאמור בסעיף 60, או לאחר שנדרש קיומה כאמור בסעיף 61, רשאי בית המשפט, לבקשת בעל מניה או דירקטור בחברה, להורות על כינוסה.
(ב)הורה בית המשפט כאמור תישא החברה בהוצאות סבירות שהוציא המבקש בהליך בבית המשפט, כפי שקבע בית המשפט, והדירקטורים האחראים לאי כינוסה יהיו חייבים להשיבן לחברה.
