70. תקנות לענין החלטות באסיפה כללית
השר רשאי לקבוע, כי מקום שנוסח ההחלטות פורט בהזמנה או בהודעה, רשאית האסיפה הכללית לקבל החלטות השונות מנוסח ההחלטות שהיו על סדר היום, וזאת בנושאים ולפי אמות מידה כפי שיקבע.
