80. יושב ראש אסיפה כללית
(א)בכל אסיפה כללית ייבחר יושב ראש לאותה אסיפה.
(ב)בחירת יושב ראש האסיפה תעשה בתחילת הדיון באסיפה, שייפתח על ידי יושב ראש הדירקטוריון, או על ידי דירקטור שהדירקטוריון הסמיך לענין זה.
