9. אגרות
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)המבקש לרשום חברה ישלם בעת הגשת הבקשה אגרה (להלן – אגרת רישום).
(ב)חברה תשלם בכל שנה אגרה שנתית.
(ג)בסעיף זה, ”חברה“ – לרבות חברת חוץ.
