96. ניהול ישיבת דירקטוריון
(א)יושב ראש הדירקטוריון ינהל את ישיבות הדירקטוריון.
(ב)נעדר יושב ראש הדירקטוריון מישיבה, יבחר הדירקטוריון באחד מחבריו לנהל את הישיבה ולחתום על פרוטוקול הדיון, ואולם לא יהיה למי שנבחר קול נוסף בהצבעות הדירקטוריון כאמור בסעיף 107, והכל אם לא נקבע אחרת בתקנון.
