14. מעבד וזכותו ליבול
היה הנכס המוקנה פרדס, כרם, או מטע אחר, או אדמה חקלאית אחרת, ומסרו האפוטרופוס לאדם לשם עיבוד, זכאי אותו אדם ליהנות מן היבול לפי התנאים שנקבעו בינו לבין האפוטרופוס וזכותו קודמת לכל שעבוד שהוקנה לאדם אחר לפני כן, אלא שכל שעבוד כזה יתפשט גם על ההכנסות המגיעות לאפוטרופוס מאותו נכס.
