13. פקודת האריסים (הגנה) לא תחול
אדם המחזיק בנכס מוקנה, שהוא משק כמשמעותו בפקודת האריסים (הגנה), לא יהיה מוגן על ידי הוראות אותה פקודה, אלא אם ערב הקניית הנכס לאפוטרופוס החזיק בו בתוקף ההגנה הניתנת על ידי אותן ההוראות.
