הממשלה תמנה בהודעה ברשומות ועדי נאמנים לתחום של כל אחת מרשויות מקומיות אלה:

רמלה
לוד
חיפה
עכו
נצרת
שפרעם
ועדי הנאמנים ינהלו את נכסי ההקדש שבתחום הרשות ששוחררו ושהועברו להם לפי סעיף 29א.
