29ג. ועד נאמנים – תאגיד
תיקון: תשכ״ה
ועד הנאמנים יהיה תאגיד כשר לרכוש ולהעביר כל זכות, להתחייב בכל חיוב, להיות בעל דין בכל משפט וצד בכל חוזה; אך לא יעשה ועד הנאמנים בדרך כל שהיא העברה במקרקעין שיש בהם מסגד.
