26. השלמת פרטים
פרטים שלא נקבעו בחוזה או על פיו יהיו לפי הנוהג הקיים בין הצדדים, ובאין נוהג כזה – לפי הנוהג המקובל בחוזים מאותו סוג, ויראו גם פרטים אלה כמוסכמים.
